By accessing or using Doc and Tell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Doc and Tell is a document intelligence platform that uses AI to analyze documents, answer questions with citations, generate summaries, and extract structured data. The Service includes a web application, API access (for eligible plans), and related tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Doc and Tell. By uploading documents, you grant Doc and Tell a limited license to process, store, and analyze your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your documents to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents you submit.
You may not use the Service to: upload illegal or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, share your account with unauthorized users, exceed rate limits through automated means, or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.
AI responses are generated based on the content of your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify AI-generated answers against the cited source material. Doc and Tell is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
Doc and Tell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
